Java Team Leader

The right candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of Java Developers as well as for the design, development and implementation of bespoke software solutions for some of most recognisable global end-clients. You will also work closely with the department’s Program / Project Managers, coordinating business analysts, architects and developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders.

 Requirements:

• ability to demonstrate highly technical and hands-on development skills utilising Java based technologies (Java / Java Enterprise Editions, Java SE, Spring, Hibernate, relational db)
• university degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• good understanding of full software development lifecycle and test driven development (TDD)
• capacity of delivering projects within a software development environment
• self-starter with ability to motivate and guide teams comprising individuals with diverse skills and experience
• can-do attitude and (once established within the company) capacity for autonomous decision-making and delivering results
• highly developed communications skills, including proficiency in Polish and English languages
