For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Java Team Leader.

Successful Candidate will lead a team of 15 people (developers and QAs) as well as Java processes. Team Leader will be responsible for the technical direction of the project, making hands-on contributions to the code that reduce complexity and improve quality, setting expectations for performance, robustness, maintainability and reusability of the code, promoting Agile development practices within the team to improve quality and efficiency of delivery as well as knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

We are looking for Candidates who hold min. 2 years of experience in management of team of developers/QAs, experience in Java applications development, very good knowledge of English language, experience or good knowledge of messaging systems, Spring framework, application servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat, Jetty), knowledge of Agile development methodologies and strong leadership skills.
