Responsibilites
- To participate in re-designing and re-developing of mission critical system for one of the largest financial institutes in the world
- Write code according to specifications and standards
- Communicate with team members in US, Poland, Kiev
- Take ownership on assigned features development, requirements clarifications
Requirements
- Strong experience building complex applications using object-oriented Javascript
- Proficient understanding of MVC frameworks. Knowledge of JavaScript design patterns
- Incorporating and utilizing BDD / TDD / JavaScript unit testing frameworks. Preferably Jasmine.
- Experience working with modular coding practices
- Experience with Tomcat, Maven, SVN.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and automated testing strategies
- Strong experience in site tuning and performance optimization (HTTP Profiling, PageSpeed, etc.)
- Experience with Web Components, WebWorkers, EcmaScript 6, WebSockets, Cometd
