Junior Account Payable Specialist (2nd shift)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Invoice and other financial documents processing
• Call handling from external vendors and employees.
• Resolution of any issues preventing Motorola from paying invoices
• Documents audit before the processing in Finance System
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Very good command of English
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Make decisions using sound judgment
• Ability to multi task & work independently
• Willingness to work afternoon hours - 2nd shift (14:00, 15:00 - 22:00, 23:00)
