Obowiązki:
- Support departments with their purchasing requisitions
- Operate the procurement process within the IT-Tools- completion of shopping basket or their illustration in catalogue, purchase orders or carrying out of in web mailbox system
- Validate invoices and record goods receipts
- Introduction of approval process
- Continuation of approval process
- Makes sure that in her/his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
