Job Description:
- Processing transactions in the functional areas of General Accounting and Cash & Banking (ERP system: SAP)
- Tax and payroll related postings
- Preparation and posting of accruals
- Performing month end close activities and ensuring their completion in an accurate and timely manner
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (software: Blackline)
- Bank account reconciliations
- HFM reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Foreign Exchange adjustments and analysis of FX related postings
- Liaising with internal & external auditors
- Responding to client E-mail queries in English and German
- Daily and monthly operational status reporting
- Very good German and English
- Experience in Accountancy will be an advantage
- MS Office skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
