Job description:
- Assume responsibility for the Payments processing
- Invoice Management and Processing
- Contact with suppliers/clients via phone and e-mail
- Monitoring and creating suppliers/client's accounts
- Effective handling of Queries and Exceptions
- Reporting
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers, employees and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Graduates and students of finance related faculties e.g. Finance, Economy
- Analytical mind, attention to details and strong motivation for self-development
- Great interpersonal and team work skills
- Experience in finance/accounting area or in contact with clients will be a strong asset
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of French – B2/C1
