Job description
If you are interested in development in Finance and Accounting area and are open to new challenges – join us! Currently for our new client in BPO Center in Krakow we are building the team and are currently seeking candidates interested in the position of Junior Accounting Specialist.
Main accountabilities
- Research and resolve disputes & deductions
- Contact customers regarding disputed items
- Maintain timely, accurate & effective communication inside and outside of the organization in order to resolve all queries
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Department
- Actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions
- Provide assistance to other team members, ensuring that all work is done according to the agreed targets
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
Requirements
- Fluent command of English (spoken and written, C1 level)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Time management skills
- Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
- Ability to work 5-6 late shifts per month
