Junior Accounts Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Planning and completing the annual report process
  • Planning and completing quarterly accounts
  • Planning and preparing AFT
  • Preparing net current assets
  • Updating the accounting tasks database
  • Co-operating with the UK Accounting Team, Fund Manager and UK Admin Team
  • Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets)
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating procedures and documentation

Doing other tasks as requested by your manager

 

In addition, the following would be highly preferable: 
  • Bachelor/Master degree - preferably in accounting, economics, finance or similar
  • first-hand experience in an administrative position
  • Excel skills – intermediate level is preferred
