Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist with Russian
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for applying cash receipts to the correct invoices within AR (Accounts Receivable) ledgers
- Daily balancing of cash receipts
- Account reconciliation
- Investigating misapplied cash
- Auditing, reconciling and correcting rejected payments
- Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filling remittances, bank statements etc.)
- Close cooperation with Local Credit Specialists
- Other back office duties
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Russian
- Communicative English
- Degree in Finance or Economics will be an advantage
- Attention to details
- Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
