Junior Analyst with Spanish [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases. This involves obtaining portfolio information, reporting to clients and other JLL teams.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
- Accurate abstraction of documents
- Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
- Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios
- Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
- Administration tasks completion within the deadlines
Requirements:
- Very good English and Spanish
- Konwledge of an additional European language would be an asset
- Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
- Timeliness and reliability
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills – written and spoken
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
