We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our analytical teams in Warsaw office for the position of JUNIOR ANALYST who will cooperate with analysts in Warsaw and other Mercer offices around the world to collect, process and analyze compensation policy data, as well as prepare compensation and policy reports for our clients.
- Have strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach to work
- Are presenting good knowledge of English
- Pay high attention to details
- Are able to work independently and in a team
- Present strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are proficient with MS Office (especially with MS Excel and MS Word)
- Have experience with working on large databases and in reporting (this would be an additional asset)
Students available to work full-time are welcome.
- Civil Contract with hourly salary of 20 PLN gross
