As a Junior Analyst within Solteq, you will be a key member of our small, agile team. Within your first 6 months you, will have a clear objective of success whilst you learn the ropes. You will learn how to process and manage large data sets, help provide recommendations and solutions and over the course of time take more responsibilities for data collection and input into client presentations.

You may not have any post-graduate experience yet, but you must have a degree in Maths, Stats, Finance or another Numerical subject. You should be a self-motivated quick learner with problem-solving abilities and the hint of enthusiasm.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills, with a key focus on Microsoft packages, Power BI and Qlik
- Hands-on experience of HTML / JavaScript (SQL Server knowledge would be an asset)
- Ability to communicate clearly on a business and technical level
- Ability to work on problems of significant scope independently and to contribute effectively as a member of a team
- Must have a good grasp of the English language both verbal and written (daily communication with a remote team)
