On behalf of our Client, a leading global provider of specialty food ingredients and solutions based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Junior AP Accountant with German.
AP Team delivers the Company information over the entire life-cycle of a transaction – from the moment an item is ordered till the invoice is processed – providing full insight into cash-flow and financial commitments.
Main responsibilities of Junior AP Accountant will include working closely with other members of the team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, provisions, JV, resolving day to day vendor service enquiries, issues and complaints, vendor Account management, and vendor Master Data maintenance.
We are looking for a person who has strong communication skills in German and English (both: oral and in writing), first experience in accountancy (gained e.g. on internships), working-knowledge of MS Office tools, good analytical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good working knowledge of Olimpix system will be an asset.
