You will be a part of the team working for foreign clients to provide core banking application issue analysis and resolution. The position is related to core banking software and gives opportunity to work in international IT environment full of challenges and development possibilities.
- Provide internal support to our employees with various requests regarding ERP system
- Analysis and resolution of incidents for core banking system of international clients
- Working with functional documentation to verify requests
- Analyzing code to find source of the issues
- Coding in order to implement fixes
- Maintaining of proper documentation for tickets resolution
- Contribution to internal Wiki knowledge base to ensure team and companywide knowledge sharing
- At least engineer degree in IT related area
- Basic programming skills (SQL, PL/SQL preferred)
- Practical or academic knowledge related to databases
- Ability to work independently, organized and task oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to start long term career and develop skills related to IT in banking sector
