Junior AR Analyst with Italian

Scope of duties:
- customer account analysis, reviewing unpaid items, deductions, overpayments on regular basis
- order management
- classification of items in ARCollect based on information received from customers
- regular contact with customers both via phone and email; sending invoices/CRN copies; replying queries
- requesting missing CSB documents copies, missing residuals details, ad hoc queries raised to customer
We are looking for candidates with:
- Italian (fluent)
- English (communicative)
- good command of MS Office
- well organized
