Junior AR Analyst

Main activities:
- cash posting of unmatched payment to customer accounts
- reconcile bank statements
- performing accounting entries for bank fees
- resolving unidentified payments
- ad hoc reporting consisting of daily, weekly, monthly cash collection
- SoX engagement and annual audit reviews
- Customer’s account set up and maintenance
- process documentation and Process Improvement
What we look for:
- Masters Degree, preferable Economics/Finance/Accounting
- excellent English verbal and written required, Spanish an advantage
- remarkable time management skills
- outstanding interpersonal skills
- good Excel, Oracle experience a plus
