Junior Audiovisual Engineer

On behalf of our Client, the global company located in the city center, to the internal IT department, we are currently looking for: Junior Audiovisual Engineer

On this position main responsibilities include:

• organize video and audio conferences
• testing and improving AV infrastructure
• administration support system
• cooperation with external and internal clients to improve system
• administration active conferences
• manage and monitor the recording, storage and administration of all video content
• cooperation with other IT specialist to solve the problem

  Requirements:

• at least 1 year of experience in technical support

• have an understanding of all communication protocols and products that clients may use as well as working with them to connect meetings
• experience with Cisco UC products, CUCM with-in enterprise deployment
• understanding of routing and switching - WAN / LAN
• experience with Lync or Skype for business
• hands on knowledge ITIL
• due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must
• the ability to learn new skills quickly and work under pressure
• delivery high levels of customer service
• team player which is able to work effectively with people all over the firm (also external clients)
