A R&D Software Centre is looking for a skilled and thorough Product / Business Analyst with recruitment experience and/or knowledge to execute product plan throughout the SDLC.

Location: Kraków
Job description
- On this role selected candidate will make sure that all of the requirements are met, priorities set, clear and precise concepts created and shared with stakeholder;
- take responsibility and ownership for product changes and new designs;
- analyze requirements and write user stories;
- cooperate with a development team as the business representative in new functionalities implementation process;
- manage data transfer to internal and external customers
- specialize as a ‘Product Expert’ and a key point of contact for how the functionality works;
Requirements
- prior experience working as a Business Analyst in software development projects, or projects related to the recruitment / HR domain;
- awareness of commercial consideration in designing software solutions
- strong presentation and interpersonal skill
- strong analyzing and critical thinking skills
- creative & innovation seeking – ability to uncover business opportunities and translate them into product requirements
- Well developed communication skills in English and Polish
Remuneration
Od 6000 do 9000 PLN
