Main responsibilities:
- Produces reports on client’s activity:
- Provides information and assistance to the Global Program Director (GPD) as required
- Produces scheduled and ad-hoc management information reports from CWT’s MI system for use by the GPD
- Consolidates monthly status reports
- Analyses data:
- Builds, analyses and presents all types of reports, including spend analysis, variations and trends, CO2 reports
- Prepares periodical client business reviews
- Data loading:
- Implements client reporting hierarchy where appropriate and adapt reports accordingly
- Builds and maintains accurate client record files
- Records, monitors and reports ‘scorecard’ results
Candidate’s profile:
- Fluent English
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point (VBA will be an asset)
- Financial awareness
- Analytical skills
- Logical approach
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Openness to multinational and multicultural environment
