Currently we have over 25 people in our digital team working on different projects in Europe and North America. In such a small and diverse team everyone has an impact on the way our company looks through different initiatives - Dev Talks, team outings, agile tribe meetings, social initiatives.
- As a part of an Agile team you will participate in creating diagrams, model processes, documenting work to be done creating user friendly online applications
- Aligning various project stakeholders to collaborate towards a single goal
- As a team you will ensure the solutions are tested, extensible, maintainable, secure and perform well
- Taking part in organizing the work of the team and facilitating meetings
Essential
- Ability to model processes and data structures
- Knowledge of SQL
- Very good English
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Initiative, self-drive, flexibility and adaptability
Desirable
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Understanding of SCRUM
