Responsible:
• coordination of the banking systems regular release process rollouts (define plans, ensure completeness and integrity of the release components, proper tracking, adequate communication to relevant stakeholders and release notes)
• coordination of the incidents within incident management process
• coordination of the problems within problem management process
• on time delivery of all process outputs as defined in the procedures
• development of new and update of the existing process - provides valued input into the definition and improvement of best practice
Requirements:
• teamwork, very good interpersonal and communication skills
• dealing with conflict and relationship management
• ability to quickly develop an understanding of the processes, its environment and related issues
• proficient English skills
Nice to have:
• understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• understanding of the ITIL processes - ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
• basic SQL skills
• release Management experience
