Daily activities
We are looking for motivated junior coordinator to support our Competence Development team (currently consisting of 7 people). Challenges you will face include coordination of numerous learning activities and support in design, planning and roll out of development programs for 4000 employees in Wroclaw: newcomers, experienced engineers, line managers, project managers and internal trainers in Technology Center Wroclaw. We match our tasks to our talents, so you may expect responsibilities adequate to your abilities and preferences. Tasks we need help with are listed below. The rest is up to you!
- Coordination of organizational aspects of learning activities (enrollment, invitations for participants, making sure everyone is informed, room booking, support for internal trainers, training materials distribution, ordering materials from external companies etc.),
- Engaging employees to support our development programs as experts, advisors, trainers or learning program participants,
- Support for other team members,

- background in blended learning, flipped classroom, knowledge pills etc.
