What do you need to start?
- Basic understanding of at least one from areas:
- ITIL, process modeling
- MS Visio, MS Project
- PowerPoint skills, conducting workshops
- ServiceNow
- Business analysis
- Very good English language skills (at least B2)
- Availability – 20 hours per week, starting from May
- Be a graduate or 5th-year student
What duties will help you grow as an expert?
You will have the opportunity to work with senior consultants on multiple projects and assist in multiple consulting activities. You will be developing skills in service management processes, tools, project activities, preparing some basic workflows, managing trainings, and many other areas. You will be a part of a very dynamic team of professionals, which will open you to many specializations and allow you to find your own development path.
What your development path can look like?
For a start, we offer you a part-time employment contract for six months, starting from May. During that time, you will develop your knowledge in IT, or get it from the scratch. After the program, you will have a chance to extend your contract full-time.
