This position implies responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio including financial analysis, daily management of accounts and supervising collection based on a credit procedure, but also supporting credit team in administrative tasks

Provide support to credit department under area fixed by credit manager (ex. cooperation with information suppliers; maintenance of databases and credit files; responsibility for team reporting)

Providing assistance in process of assignation of credit limits – gathering and clarifying data; preparing financial analysis

Manage daily administration of assigned portfolio if assigned

Analyze credit worthiness and collection processes of customers on credit hold and provide data for decision making process

Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Supervise collection activities on assigned portfolio and help in resolution of disputed items.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related educational background
-
Experience in finance, accounting
-
Knowledge of financial statement analysis will be an additional asset
-
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset

Demonstrating excellent analytical and decision making skills

Proactive, highly motivated and action oriented

Strong team player

Ability to multi-task

Good communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in English is a must. Another language will be a plus
