What the job involves?

• handling incoming payments and debt collections
• communication with customers via telephone and e-mail
• working with credit bureaus

Your skills:

• fluency in Norwegian and very good English
• university degree (administration, accountancy, finance)
• excellent client service skills
• great organization of your work
• eye to detail
• 2 - 3 years experience in SSC: finance, accounting or transition
• knowledge of SAP system
