We have several entry-level positions open in our Junior Engineers Programme. We expect basic coding skills, but professional experience is not required. We offer a 1-year contract with various learning possibilities and we hope that you will stay with us after the programme for a longer period of time.
We are professionals. There is no space for low quality solutions, but there is a space to learn, to grow, to support others and to propose better and efficient way of working. We want to support you and also learn from you. Continuous improvements are very important part of our work.
You will join the Software Development Capability, which provides programming skills to a variety of projects related to the business & investment banking industry. You’ll play a valuable role in the development team by using and sharing your skills and experience to write great software. Together, we will add value by building high quality IT platforms for Nordea’s clients.
As part of the Nordea Junior Engineers Programme, you will be provided with mentorship, training opportunities and optional team rotation. As your experience increases, you can expect regular salary adjustments.
The role is based in Warsaw. You can expect an environment where micromanagement is frowned upon, your private time is respected, and there are the occasional pizza talks (when we are not currently experiencing a pandemic lockdown).
