Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
This role focuses on supporting Global Supply Chain organization.
You will be responsible for gathering and consolidating data for Global Supply Chain key members.
You will work within Financial Planning and Analysis Team in Krakow and you will daily cooperate with US business partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Global Supply Chain organization finance support
- Budget Reporting for Quality, Engineering and Global Supply Chain
- Budget Revision coordination for Supply Chain
- MBR System Support – Global Department Maintenance
- Headcount Reporting for total Supply Chain and reconciliation w/ HR
- Ability to make estimates based on limited information
- Global cost of poor quality reporting
- Training cost allocation and analysis
- Account reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects and analysis
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- 0-1 year of finance experience
- Team player
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly
- Good command of English
