Financial Planning&Analysis team is responsible for analysis of financial reports, trends, risks and opportunities. Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information, including past financial data and short- to long-term financial forecasts. Supports business or operations functions and may analyze data at country, business unit, or product levels. This role focuses on supporting R&D Finance Controllers in North America region. You will be responsible for analysis of financial reports. You will assist in preparing plans, forecasts and will analyse monthly variances. You will gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information. You will work within Financial Planning and Analysis Team in Krakow and you will daily cooperate with US business partners.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Products&Services organization finance support
• Plan/Forecast/Outlook build-up across engineering departments
• Reporting and variance analysis (Monthly Budget Reports, Headcount, foreign exchange currency);
• Support product finance controllers - monthly entries, calculating and posting accruals, reclasses.
• Global Capital spend&forecast analysis for Products&Services organization
• Attend virtual meetings with financial analysts and managers from various locations worldwide
• Ad hoc projects and analysis
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• University degree in Finance or similar education
• Good command of English
• 1 year of finance experience
• Team player
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Very good Excel skills
• Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly
