Junior GL Accountant

Summary
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of Journals as per Journals Schedule
- Responsible for adherence to controls and policies
- Work closely to with unit Controller towards ensuring all the Scheduled and adhoc journals are processed
- Responsible for closing of books and confirming other Period End Close tasks completion to the controller
- Perform Trial Balance review to identify obvious errors, omission and inconsistencies
You have
- At least 6 months of experience in accounting area, knowledge of and practical experience with GL preferred
- University degree in Finance / Accounting must have
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on SAP applications
- Good knowledge of English language (at least B2-both written and verbal)
