Junior GL Team Leader with German

Our client is global company. Currently we are seeking motivated candidates ready to work in SSC in Warsaw on the position of Junior GL Team Leader with German
Responsibilities:
- participation in process migration to SSC in Warsaw.
- coordinating and overseeing all transactional services performed in the area of General Ledger Accounting
- managing the team (3-4 people) to ensure that available resources are properly allocated to all relevant transactional activities.
- motivating, coaching and providing support to the team.
- maintaining all principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely services.
- ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs for all services.
- searching for improvement opportunities to simplify the process.
Requirements:
- min.3 years of experience in general ledger area is required, gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment and participation in process migration
- previous experience in team management or project coordination
- Bachelor/Master degree in accounting/finance/or similar will be nice to have
- very good German and good English language skills
- previous SAP experience
