Position Description:
The Junior Graphic Designer will support Aon’s Emea Communication team by producing graphics to support Employer communication campaigns to employees via online, social and print media.
- Digital and print rework using predefined templates / concepts
- Working with a range of media and formats (photography, vectors, typography, etc.)
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Cooperating with the Emea Creative team and consultants
- Graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
- Enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- Autonomy in the day-to-day work
- Excellent knowledge of InDesign including style sheets, tables, preflight for printing, data merge function and interactivity (buttons, bookmarks and hyperlinks)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word (including data merge), PowerPoint
- Experience of newsletters / emails design (html/css)
- Good English skills allowing for occasional copywriting and independent proofreading
- Social media savvy
- Knowing After Effects would be an asset [not as much as the above]
- Ability to work in a regional environment which is deadline driven
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in working in a virtual project management environment
