As a Junior HR Executive located in Gdansk you will be responsible for supporting HR functions in executing processes for other Cognizant locations, whenever language dependency occurs.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Providing Transactional support in French or German language in the area of HR
- Interacting with vendors and associates via email and phone
- Reacting to associates’ and managers’ queries in timely and professional manner
- Supporting the following HR Processes – Benefit Administration, Invoicing, Payroll & HRSS activities
- Cooperating with teams across geographies
- Preparing requested documents basing on the data provided from various systems
- Fluency in French or German language (C1 level according to CEFR)
- Good knowledge of English language
- Fluency in Polish or Dutch or Swedish or Spanish would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge on MS Office applications
- Ability to gather, filter, interpret data and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge or experience in the area of HR, Customer Support and/or Data Processing would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven and result oriented, confident and decisive
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn new things and share them with others
- Out-going and open-minded, enthusiastic and flexible in a team
