On behalf of our Client, an international insurance company based in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Junior HR Systems Consultant.
As Junior HR Systems Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Client’s global and market specific HR Systems through working with customers in both the business line and HR on strategic projects and small enhancements/upgrades. In addition, you will act as an HR Systems Subject Matter Expert in order to provide support and advice to HR colleagues.
We are looking for a person who has approximately 1 year of experience in working with an HR System (preferably Workday) and understands primary HR processes. Excellent communication skills are mandatory (English min. C1), especially the ability to effectively communicate technical process/system issues to a nontechnical audience.
