Junior Incident Manager with French
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- very good verbal and written French language;
- presenting La Niaque! attitude;
- good command of MS Office suite;
- good management and communication skills,
- basic ITIL knowledge and Incident Management process knowledge.
What duties will help you grow?
- Managing and follow-up of incidents according to agreed service levels;
- opening and coordination of MIRTs in order to accelerate the resolution process for incidents presenting the risk of breaching agreed time targets;
- providing support to technical managers.
