Junior Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description:
- Monitor events on tools
- Create a ticket in incident handling tool, regarding information included in the alarm
- Apply the procedure joined to the alarm if it exists
- Transfer the incident to the Level 1 Support Team
- Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and make an alert if no actions are provided
- Ensure that SLA are respected and alert Management rules are followed and Higher Support levels are informed
- Authorize and closure change operations and report
- Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions
Candidate's profile:
- Good French language
- English language would be an advantage
- Linux and Unix Operating systems (basic level)
- Database and Middleware software (basic level)
- Network IP equipments: switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc (basic level)
- Operation tools (Monitoring): end user level
- Ticketing tools: end user level
