Junior Intercompany Analyst

Aon Centre of Excellence is looking for a Junior Intercompany Analyst to join the Intercompany Control Tower Team. This position will closely cooperate with onshore local finance Teams and other finance partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Intra-group reporting and analytics
- Coordinating resolution of intercompany accounting differences
- Performing month-end closing activities
- Ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations
- Supporting migration of accounting processes from other countries
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, SOPs, Work Instructions
- Testing new systems, policies and tools
Requirements:
- Master degree in Accounting/Finance (or last one year of study)
- Proven operational experience in accounting function, 1 year
- English level: B2/C1
- Experience in a multinational shared services environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP solution, Workflow would be an asset
