Junior Internal Controller

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Internal Audit and SOX Compliance Team Manager in performing annual internal controls plan within all company departments in CEE region
- Execute a comprehensive program of internal controls within company sales branches
- Identify and highlight critical risk areas and implement improvements in company procedures
- Supervise and evaluate organizational structure and its operational functions ensuring adherence to policy and procedures
- Monitor all internal processes in order to ensure their efficiency and ability to protect the company against determined risks
- Provide management with comprehensive and accurate reports on the outcomes of monitoring reviews
Profile description:
- University degree
- Previous practical experience, preferably in the area of audit, finance, controlling, etc
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks, varying priorities and developing concerns
- Very good English and Polish
- Ability to communicate efficiently, both orally and in writing, to internal and external clients
- Open and business oriented attitude
