Mostly, you will:
As a Service Management Coordinator you will work within Accenture's Technology workforce, in a dedicated team of people who operate IT environments on behalf of Accenture’s Clients. You will orchestrate the support work of Accenture engineers by distributing information, creating reports, communicating with internal and Client’s teams and individuals.
What will you do?
- Be a communication interface between German speaking Client and Non-Germans speaking internal teams for services delivered (clarifying Service Requests and Changes)
- Ensure service management processes are followed, report any incompliance
- Maintain Change implementation calendar
- Support Service Delivery Manager in conducting meetings between Client and internal teams
- Create and present reports about achieved service levels
What we do expect from you:
- Good German and English communication skills (written and oral)
- Very good communication and presentation/reporting skills
- Highly developed organizational skills to deal with multiple tasks effectively
- Understanding of IT support processes will be an advantage
- Bachelor/ master degree (or final-year student)
