For our Client global consulting company, for the newly created role in Warsaw`s office, we are looking for
Junior /IT Specialist
(4500 - 6000 pln gross)
The main responsibility on this position is to provide technical support across the region for the internal users. The Candidate must be prepared to receive high volume of tickets, e-mails and calls with technical problems and questions on the international level. Junior IT Specialist will be responsible for proper troubleshooting process (both hardware and software) in friendly manner to keep a high level of customer satisfaction.
We require from the Candidate excellent customer service skills, min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or any related), proven 1-3 years’ experience, experience with Active Directory, knowledge and passion for technology, fluent English (German would be a strong asset), analytical approach and very well developed soft skills (communicative, motivated, good management skills, calm under pressure).
In exchange our Client offers stable work contract, localisation in the city center, private medical care, opportunities to develop within company and competitive salary 4500 - 6000 pln gross (depends on the experience and skills).
