Educational background:
- ITIL foundation knowledge
- Familiar with ITSM ticket systems (Danish Crown uses Ivanti Service Manager, also called HEAT)
- Basic knowladge about Citrix and VPN
- Basic IT knowladge of: O365 suite, win10 operating system, remote access, telephony, digital signage
Relevant experience:
- 6-12 months in similar role
- Polish - both spoken and written
- English - both spoken and written
