Your new company
For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Junior Learning Services Specialist with English.

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for responding to incoming requests, via telephone & email. Your main responsibilities will include booking different courses and managing them and coordinating booking trainers. You will also be responsible for assigning calls that cannot be resolved by the helpdesk to the relevant resolving and escalating any problems/potential issues to direct line management.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in English is required, at least B2 level. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases is also required.
