For our Client - global logistic company we are looking for:
Junior/Mid Database Analyst/Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the support of IT Governance systems (2nd and 3rd level support). This includes development, customization, testing and maintenance of the systems
- Understand functional requirements of IT Governance and transform them into technical system specifications as input for software development or system configuration
- Support technical solution strategy for the system
- Develop or modify software application modules and reports via configuration and SQL programming
- Create technical- and process documentation
- Prepare, execute and record test cases in accordance with test plans
- Identify and resolve system issues (2nd level support), control and escalate
- Perform admin-tasks on the application server (e.g. restart BCA, create DB dumps)
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Science or equivalence experience
- Proven SQL knowledge
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server (user management, restart, webserver )
- Proven knowledge SQL Management Studio (user administration, DB dumps) and SQL server details (e.g. optimization)
- Knowledge and understanding in one or several of the following processes
- Controlling
- Project Management and Project Portfolio Management
- Demand Management
- Enterprise Architecture Management
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Strong communication and social competencies combined with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of IT Stakeholder
- Experience of working in an intercultural environment, within area of responsibility (must), outside / globally (ideally)
- Competence in both analytical/conceptual and hands-on practice
- Languages: Fluent in English, oral & written (must), knowledge German is a plus
- Personality profile: integrity, initiative & commitment, self-reliance, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, integrative, persistency, assertiveness
