Axiom, a pioneer in the legal industry and a leading, global provider of technology-enabled legal solutions, is seeking a Junior Negotiator to join one of our team in our Wroclaw Centre of Excellence.
Axiom’s teams provide innovative, multi-person arrangements that deliver a better work product more efficiently to the client, while providing a compelling opportunity for professional growth for the team members. Junior Negotiator is part “ISDA Indirect Principals” sub-team in the Legal Negotiations team.
- Negotiation of non-standard ISDA terms in connection to Indirect Principals (“IP”) additions
- Reviewing executed Master Agreements with the view of identifying non-standard terms and bringing them in line with the Bank’s standard provisions and policies
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and coordinating the approval process for IP additions
- Direct client and counterparty facing i.e. emails, phone calls
- Conducting due diligence/constitutional reviews in connection with such IP additions
- Negotiating amendment agreements to the ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, and other such documents that may arise at a later stage

- Knowledge of ISDA IP additions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EMIR, FATCA, Basel regulations
