Junior Network Administrator

Position Description:
The primary focus for this position is to be a member of a high functioning network operations team responsible for the network infrastructure:
- Install, manage and support a global enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco;
- Provide professional operation and support (troubleshooting and problem solving) for network infrastructure;
- Work on incidents, service and change requests in central ticketing tool (Service Now).
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems (or similar discipline);
- Cisco Routers/Switching implementation and support;
- Experience with networking security devices and wireless infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory;
- Support Network Quality of Service throughout entire infrastructure;
- Create and document high-level and detailed network designs for new and existing datacenters;
- Level 2-3 escalation support for Infrastructure based incidents;
- Microsoft Operating Systems: Specifically Windows 7, 8 for Desktops and Windows 2003, 2008, 2013 for Servers.
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Be passionate and show initiative.
Any of the below would be an asset:
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent knowledge.
