Junior Operations Analyst
Your skills:
 
Ability to work according to provided process, regularly under time pressure
Good self-organization and ability to work as part of a team
Very good command of English and very good communication skills
 
Support attitude and eagerness to solve problems
Ability to take responsibility for defined set of tasks
Ability to use computer systems effectively
 
Minimum 1-year of experience in business support function, HR department or similar position
Working experience in any IT system would be an asset
Good customer/client service skills, preferably with experience working in a client facing role
 
Your profile:

As a Junior Operations Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that our timesheet, billing and forecasting operations are intact and compliant with the GFT Group regulations. This will include monitoring of the system and resolving any discrepancies that may occur by communicating (in English) with people from various offices of GFT Group. This role involves certain time pressure at the end of the month. You will be also responsible for answering employees’ queries about system and operations, including providing template reports. These queries would be of administrative and operational nature (not technical). Part of this role is also ensuring that information

 

stored in the IT system is intact, by for example entering new users, changing their statuses and assignments etc.

If you have at least 1 year of experience in business support function, HR department or similar position, possess appropriate support attitude, good communication skills and command of English, together with ability to work under time pressure... apply!
