Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order Scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

Junior Order Management Coordinator (mixed shifts)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
This role is critical to the operation of order processing activities we are looking for individuals who are fast learners and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customer needs. Responsibilities will involve:
• Managing and coordinating inbound orders via Motorola Online Tool,
• Using Clarify/Unity(Motorola internal systems) and email,
• Validating receipient of orders,
• Formatting orders within our workflow application (Clarify and then dispatch clarified case to the appropriate order processing queue)
• Back up for key order processing activities which include Motorola On Line initiated orders, COF 701 and 704 order processing and Oracle 11i order processing
• Compensated Over Time might be required during busy periods
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests but still maintain the ability to refocus quickly if business need dictates
• Monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• College degree(or currently final year of study)
• Fluent English - verbal and written
• Computer literacy
• Able to communicate effectively in order to satisfy customers' expectations and achieve business goals
• Able to work under limited supervision
• Skillful in prioritising, taking ownership and able to work towards deadlines
