Junior PMO/PA

Responsibilites
- Logistics - onsite travels, organization of trainings, courses, customer visits, team buildings
- Help in business travels arrangement (including scheduling of meetings) and visa applications
- Administrative tasks - to support managers on routine planning activities, to support teams (~150 people) with administrative requests
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
- Project Management Officer tasks including creating and maintaining reports, filling in internal systems with data, tracking and reflect changes in internal documents
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in administrative executive/personal assistant role. PMO background is an advantage
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent soft, communication, problem solving skills, attention to details, accuracy and responsibility
- Ability to focus on each small task and follow-up bulk of small tasks at each moment of time
- To be accountable for taken (and non-taken) actions
- Fluent Polish and English
- Nice to have - Russian/Ukrainian,
