Junior Pre-Sales Engineer (Młodszy Konsultant ds. Technicznego Wsparcia Sprzedaży)

You will be responsible for supporting Sales Team in their effort to configure and sale Dell’s Enterprise solutions, services and products.
You will:
- Identify and validate customers’ needs/requirements and recommend appropriate Dell Enterprise product/solutions;
- Validate configuration and order to meet Dell technical standards;
- Proactively up-sell Dell’s complete range of solutions (e.g. Memory, installations and Gold Services);
- Act as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or to exceed their objectives;
- Deliver exceptional customer experience in alignment with Dell standards;
- Assist internal sales team with all technical queries – act as internal coach;
The ideal candidate:
- Possess technical working knowledge of infrastructure (storage, servers, networking);
- Has minimum 2-3 years’ experience in supporting sales of IT solutions;
- Has working knowledge of multi-platform network, hardware and software solutions;
- Has excellent interpersonal skills.
