Welcome to the CMO Domestic Payments team. We add value by handling daily processes connected to payments flow made in SEK currency between both Internal and external accounts. As Junior Process Officer/Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in reconciliation of internal accounts in Nordea, verification of account balances and investigation of the discrepancies between the accounts. If you are able to think out of the box, have analytical mindset and care about details and good service, this is a position for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
- Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
- Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden
- Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures
You’ll join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Graduated at least secondary school
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Analytical mind
